Silvaworker handles your personal data with care. This statement explains which data is processed through this website, for what purpose, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible?
Silvaworker, a trade name of Silvaworks (sole proprietorship of Pedro da Silva), registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 86574426. You can reach us through the contact form.
What data do we process?
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your phone number and organisation.
- Spam protection: when you send the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are human. For this, technical data such as your IP address and browser details are passed to Cloudflare.
- Visiting the website: the web server records technical data such as your IP address, the time and the requested page (server logs).
What do we use this data for?
We use data from the contact form only to answer your question and, where relevant, to follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your question, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract. Spam protection and server logs are needed for a secure website; the legal basis for this is our legitimate interest.
How long do we keep it?
Messages sent through the contact form are not stored on the website but forwarded by email. We keep them as long as needed to handle your question, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless it leads to an assignment, in which case the statutory retention periods apply. Server logs are deleted automatically after fourteen days.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data. The website runs on an IONOS server in Germany. Email is handled by Microsoft 365, and the contact form is protected against spam by Cloudflare. Agreements on the processing of personal data are in place with these parties. Cloudflare may process data in the United States and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, nor any analytics services. Fonts are loaded from this server, so no data is sent to Google or other parties for this.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To do so, please use the contact form. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
